By using the Elite Window Cleaning, LLC website (https://elitewindowcleaningkc.com) or requesting service from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Services
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning services in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Scope of work, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in the estimate we provide before service begins.
Estimates and Payment
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed to in writing.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the appointment to another customer. We may reschedule for weather or safety reasons at no charge.
Streak-Free Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you find streaks or missed spots on cleaned windows within 3 days of service, contact us and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.
Insurance and Liability
Elite Window Cleaning, LLC carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided and to damage caused by our documented negligence during the performance of that service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
